This internship is designed for students or early-career professionals interested in Human Resources, business operations, or HR technology. Create and maintain shared folders, Dropbox directories, and kick-off decks. Send time clock reminders, out-of-office emails, and other internal communications. Plan and coordinate quarterly team activities, including holiday gatherings and team-building events.Content and Resource Development: Help update and maintain internal and client-facing documents, presentations, and handbooks. Assist with creating compliance checklists, templates, and training presentations for internal and external use. Conduct research on HR topics, compliance requirements, or HR technology toolsClient-Facing Support: Assist with acknowledging and responding to client inquiries during team absences. Assist with tracking and managing client commitments using tools like Monday.com. Assist with monitoring and responding to HR email inbox. Support with project coordination, follow-up activities, etc. Help document processes or summarize information for internal and client deliverables.Technology & Systems Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft 365, various HRIS systems (such as Gusto, ADP, Rippling, etc.), and other HR platforms. Assist with basic data entry, system updates, or research related to HR technology. Complete all assigned training through Gusto, Udemy, or other specified platform.Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in business administration or HR preferred. 1-2 years of prior internship, office, or administrative experience in a Human Resources setting is a plus but not required. Familiarity with HR administrative tools or certifications is a plus. Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational operations. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy across administrative functions.
