HR Generalist

Our client, located near ST. Paul, MN is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join their experienced Human Resources team.

Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate Range: $55K - $85K
Shift: 1st shift   

What’s the Job?

• Conduct recruitment effort for staffing needs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conduct interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements and onboarding process and training
• Ensure employee relations results by working with managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and managers
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Federal and
• State employment laws; advising management and conducting investigations; maintaining records; represent the organization at hearings

• 4yr degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
• 5 yrs experience working in the HR field or any equivalent combination of training

• and experience showing progressive HR experience

• Experience with recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates

• 2 weeks PTO + 48hrs Sick
