We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as a core operator within the People Team. This role will support frontline and management employees across multiple states, ensuring consistent HR practices, legal compliance, and a positive, people-first culture.�

Key Responsibilities�
Employee Relations & Compliance�
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues�
- Investigate and resolve workplace concerns in partnership with leadership�
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws�
- Support corrective action, documentation, and termination processes�
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential files�
HR Operations & Systems�
- Administer HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG)�
- Support onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions�
- Ensure accurate employee data and system integrations�
- Generate HR reports (turnover, headcount, compliance metrics)�
Talent Support & Onboarding�
- Support recruiting and hiring workflows as needed�
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions�
- Ensure smooth new hire experiences and system readiness�
- Track completion of training and compliance requirements�
Performance & Development�
- Administer performance review cycles�
- Support coaching and performance improvement plans�
- Facilitate training and development programs�
- Assist with succession planning and leadership development�
Benefits & Payroll Support�
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries�
- Partner with Payroll on audits, corrections, and issue resolution�
- Assist� with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp)�
Qualifications�
Required�
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field�
- 3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment�
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices�
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG, Oracle, etc.)�
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills�
- High discretion with confidential information�
Preferred�
- Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environments�
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification�
- Experience supporting rapid growth or startup environments�
- Payroll or benefits administration experience�
