Our HR Consulting team partners with business leaders across the firm on complex people and organizational topics. Using a consultative, solutions-oriented approach, HR Consultants advise leaders on compensation, benefits, staffing, performance management, talent practices, and policy interpretation. This team plays a critical role in elevating leader capability, strengthening the employee experience, and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR practices across Schwab.
HR Consultants serve as trusted advisors to people leaders, providing insight on team dynamics, organizational change, and workforce-related challenges. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to support enterprise initiatives, drive process improvement, and deliver thoughtful, future-focused recommendations that enable strong business and people outcomes.
In this role, you will apply effective listening, sound judgment, and strong prioritization as you deepen your consultative skill set. You will analyze information, identify patterns and trends, and recommend practical, actionable solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term impact.
