This role is located in our Atlanta Support Center with an in-office expectation 4 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, and general HR support�
- Lead the end-to-end execution of key talent initiatives and programs—such as performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, and other workforce processes—including planning, communication, training, execution, and follow-up�
- Address complex employee relations issues with urgency, sound judgment, and a commitment to fairness and integrity�
- Influence and advise leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and business needs�
- Analyze people trends and cross-functional data to identify insights and provide actionable, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement�
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS�
- 4 year degree� in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required�
- 3+ years' HRBP experience�
- 7+ years' of HR Generalist experience preferred�
