POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary scope of this position is to coordinate human resources related administrative activities. The role is required to generate, process, and maintain information applicable to personnel record keeping, employee
documentation and the input of personnel actions (i.e., relevant employment information, i.e., skills, credentials, education, etc.) into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other related systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Maintain the HRIS to include, but not limited to, inventory of documentation from personnel files, confidential files, benefits files, and automated files.
? Facilitate the administrative onboarding process for newly hired candidates.
? Provide support to the recruitment function source including, but not limited to scheduling interviews, posting job openings, screening applicants, prepare offer letters, and managing the applicant tracking system.
? Assists with the assessment of applicant’s relevant knowledge, technical and soft skills, experience, and aptitudes based on resume, job application, and screening tools.
? Assist with all aspects of onboarding and the new employee orientation.
? Create organizational data storage systems to ensure regulatory compliance related to FLSA, FMLA,
? Conduct monthly audits to ensure that all required documentation is in compliance and included in an organized and accurate manner.
? Co-facilitates the coordination and management of temporary hiring needs and relationships with staffing agencies.
? Respond to general human resources related inquires.
? Process personnel actions in the HRIS system while ensuring accuracy of necessary and completed forms.
? Perform employment and compensation verification for existing and terminated employees, as required.
? Create and analyze data and reports for internal or external purposes.
? Coordinate processing for licensing central registry checks and other applicable background checks.
? Attend job fairs as a spokesperson for the Agency regarding recruitment efforts and Agency programs.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $22.14 Per Hour
