We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to serve as the day-to-day operational leader of the housekeeping team at a flagship Class X commercial property in Miami Beach. In this ultra-luxury environment, the physical presentation of the building is an intentional expression of uncompromising excellence.
As a hands-on leader, you will own the cleanliness standards for all common areas and amenity spaces, ensuring that every environment—from the fitness facilities to the lobby—is maintained at an immaculate level every single day.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, building a team culture where high standards are consistently understood and met.
- Cleanliness Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous cleaning protocols for all amenity spaces, lobbies, fitness centers, and back-of-house corridors.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular, documented inspections to identify deficiencies and address them immediately to ensure continuous improvement.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage the full inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and linens while ensuring cost-effective procurement and strict SDS compliance.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop daily and event-based cleaning schedules, coordinating closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to respond to building activity.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet OSHA standards and chemical safety regulations, maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and housekeeping requests with professional urgency and a commitment to resolution.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all housekeeping equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 7–10 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation protocols.
- Language Skills: Full fluency in English and Spanish is required to lead the frontline team effectively.
- Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for a full shift and lift materials up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and event days as required.

- Location: Miami Beach, FL.
- Classification: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Schedule: Primary Monday – Friday schedule.
- Reporting To: Assistant General Manager.
