The Hospitality Associate serves as the front line of the workplace experience in our Salt Lake City office, delivering exceptional, client-focused service across reception, meeting support, and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, polished, and highly functional workspace.


Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8am-5pm

Pay: $24.27


Key Responsibilities

Reception & Guest Experience

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a professional, friendly approach
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel comfortable and supported
  • Manage visitor check-ins and maintain accurate records in the building system
  • Coordinate with lobby/security teams to ensure seamless building access
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, including internal lines
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms and provide tours when needed
  • Assist with guest needs such as Wi-Fi access, room codes, transportation, and coat/luggage handling
  • Distribute welcome materials with directions and key office information
  • Track and audit temporary badges daily, ensuring proper return and compliance

Meeting & Event Support

  • Set up meeting rooms to meet client expectations (AV, lighting, temperature, supplies)
  • Coordinate catering setup and breakdown
  • Monitor room schedules, attendance, and usage
  • Reclaim unused meeting space when necessary
  • Partner with facilities to address any maintenance or appearance concerns
  • Ensure all equipment is properly stored and secured after use

Workspace & Office Upkeep

  • Maintain shared and mobile workspaces to ensure a clean, organized environment
  • Reset spaces as needed to maintain a professional appearance

Kitchen & Pantry Management

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and pantry areas
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies (coffee, snacks, office essentials)
  • Coordinate supply orders to ensure consistent availability

Mail, Records & Office Services

  • Process incoming mail and prepare for distribution
  • Manage records intake, scanning, and tracking
  • Assist with printing, binding, labeling, and shipping requests
  • Coordinate larger print jobs with internal or external vendors

Facilities & Operations Support

  • Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (cleaning, lighting, HVAC, etc.)
  • Maintain strong communication across teams via email, phone, and chat
  • Keep updated resources such as local dining and delivery options
