Purpose
The Home Shopping Department Manager leads the Home Shopping (eCommerce/Online Orders) operation to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality order fulfillment. This role drives customer satisfaction, service metrics, labor efficiency, and team development while maintaining operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations, including picking, staging, and order handoff
  • Ensure order accuracy, quality standards, and on‑time completion
  • Monitor order volume, productivity, and labor to meet service goals
  • Lead, train, schedule, and develop Home Shopping associates
  • Ensure proper product selection, substitutions, freshness, and handling
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, safety, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Analyze department performance and implement improvement action plans
  • Partner with store leadership and department managers to support inventory availability
  • Maintain a positive, accountable, and customer‑focused team culture

Qualifications
