We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a field-based, territory ownership role where your personality, hustle, and consistency matter. You won’t be stuck behind a desk; you’ll be out in the community, building connections, creating partnerships, and making an impact every single day. This is not a “drop off brochures and check a box” kind of job.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory
Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting high-value referral sources
Maintain strong knowledge of local facilities, contacts, and referral processes
Develop partnerships with referral partners (hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, social workers)
Conduct consistent in-person visits and become a trusted resource
Meet weekly in person to discuss goals with clear objectives
Track all activity, contacts, and referrals in CRM
Work closely with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Share insights on referral trends and opportunities
Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Follow HIPAA and compliance standards
Uphold the agency’s reputation in the community
Required:
2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
Comfortable with in-person outreach and presentations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with assisted living or skilled nursing facilities is preferred
Performance-based compensation structure
Base salary of $60,000 during ramp period (paid bi-weekly)
Commission + bonus structure with uncapped earning potential
