JOB SUMMARY:
The Hiring Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Training & Development team. This role manages candidate communications, coordinates interview logistics, assembles new hire materials, and supports a variety of operational tasks that keep the recruiting and training functions running smoothly.

This position is non-remote, in-person, office work environment primarily at our Renton location. Occasional off-site work on college campuses, at job fairs, or other events will be required. This position involves working in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional need to lift up to 15 pounds. Small repetitive motion with mouse and keyboard are required.
