Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HIL Engineer with experience in automotive Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, dSPACE systems, and bench-level validation. The ideal candidate will work on PowerNet test benches, execute manual and automated tests, and support system validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform HIL testing and validation for automotive systems
  • Work on PowerNet test benches (manual + automation)
  • Set up and configure dSPACE HIL environments
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts
  • Create and manage test cases in TestRail
  • Debug issues across hardware/software layers
  • Collaborate with validation, controls, and software teams

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of Automotive HIL Testing experience
  • Hands-on with dSPACE (bench setup + testing)
  • Experience with PowerNet test benches
  • Experience with TestRail (test case creation)
  • Strong understanding of ECU validation & system testing

Preferred

  • Experience in test automation (Python/scripting)
  • Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols
  • Exposure to real-time systems/embedded validation

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Automotive/related field
