High Reach Operator

As a High Reach Operator, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, selecting cases, and moving products within the distribution center using a variety of material handling equipment to accurately and timely fulfill customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and walkies.
• Pick orders and handle materials efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize RF scanners to maintain inventory control.
• Safely operate industrial fork truck equipment.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly within the distribution center.

• High Reach experience.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and electric walkies.
• Experience in picking orders and material handling.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivation and initiative.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6-month warehouse experience using RF scan guns and equipment such as a walkie rider pallet jack or slip truck.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Cat2 software or other RF programming is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand work orders.

Work Environment

Work in a freezer environment with temperatures around 45 degrees. When entering the freezer, which can be as cold as 20 degrees, freezer wear is provided. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Oxford, PA.

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $46800.00/yr.
