Job title: Recruiter
Job location: New York, NY 10004
Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM – M- F - Hybrid
Length: 8 weeks, Possible Extension
Pay: $45- $49/hr without benefits
Requirements & Skills:
- Associate’s degree
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting)
- Experience creating recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
- Ability to review applicant pools and manage job postings and resume submittals
- Experience running reports to ensure timely hiring
- Experience attending job fairs and managing university partnerships (internships, residents, fellowship programs)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool
- Pre-screen candidates and support interviews
- Manage and track positions using electronic systems (including PeopleSoft)
- Communicate with stakeholders and attend job fairs (virtual and in-person)
