Company: Novarra.io
Location: Frisco, TX (In-Office / Hybrid by Exception)
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with escalation to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as required
Interfaces With: CEO, CIO, EVP, CFO, Compliance Officer. Direct working partnership with the Head of Tokenization Operations across the pre-mint / post-mint lifecycle — this role owns Gate 4 (Delivery Readiness); Tokenization Operations owns Gate 6 (Lifecycle & Audit Readiness). Program integrity across the mint transition depends on close, continuous coordination between these two roles.
Employment Type: Full-Time · Exempt
At Novarra, token issuance is a controlled, multi-stage process. Every tokenized program we bring to market advances through a six-gate sequential approval model — spanning offering logic, economic architecture, protocol design, delivery readiness, operational readiness, and lifecycle audit attestation — before a single token is minted.
We are hiring a Head of Program Delivery to own the transition from approved to live. You are the person who ensures that no program reaches production until every precondition is satisfied — governance, economics, protocol, operations, and compliance.
This role is not a process enforcer. It is a system owner. Novarra expects the Head of Program Delivery to see gaps and opportunities across the entire delivery lifecycle — in sequencing, in tooling, in documentation, in cross-functional handoffs — and to drive those improvements to implementation through the responsible technical, operational, and compliance owners. Discipline is the floor; continuous improvement of the delivery system is the expectation. You do not write the smart contract. You decide when it is safe to execute it.
This role functions as the transaction orchestrator for Novarra's institutional token deployments:
• Translate governance-approved specifications into executable delivery plans with defined milestones and measurable pass criteria
• Own sequencing of protocol, operations, legal, custody, and infrastructure workstreams across every token program
• Enforce hard pre-conditions before minting — no production activation until all prior gates are closed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across protocol engineering, infrastructure, custody, compliance, and operations
• Build and maintain Novarra's Master Delivery Playbook — repeatable deployment patterns applied to every future program
• Serve as the final execution signer before mint authorization or production activation
• Drive Gate 4 (Delivery Readiness Certification) within Novarra's six-gate model
• Identify gaps and opportunities across the delivery lifecycle — sequencing, tooling, documentation, handoffs — and drive improvements to implementation through the responsible technical, operational, and compliance owners
• Report delivery KPIs on a weekly cadence: time-to-live, gate pass rate, on-time launch rate
• Token economics or incentive design
• Capital structure or offering logic
• Smart contract architecture or on-chain governance logic
• Client origination or sales narratives
• Operational staffing and day-to-day ops management - You do not redefine the protocol unilaterally — improvements are driven through the functional owners.
• 8+ years delivering complex financial or technology products in environments where execution outcomes are irreversible
• Direct hands-on experience delivering tokenization, DeFi, or institutional digital asset infrastructure programs — or closely adjacent work at a senior delivery level (e.g., regulated digital asset platforms, institutional custody integrations, on-chain capital markets rails)
• Working fluency in the institutional tokenization stack: smart contract deployment workflows, custody integrations, transfer agent coordination, oracle architectures, and L1/L2 chain selection tradeoffs (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Avalanche)
• Experience coordinating the pre-mint sequence across legal counsel, protocol engineering, custody, compliance, and operations — you understand how tokenized programs actually reach production
• Demonstrated experience in settings where failure is binary — regulated token launches, cleared derivatives, protocol deployments, or institutional digital asset infrastructure rollouts
• Track record of building repeatable deployment playbooks from scratch in a scaling environment
• Comfortable serving as the last signer — you own the go/no-go decision without hesitation
• Strong technical literacy across smart contract mechanics and on-chain governance patterns — you do not write the contracts, but you understand how they fail
• Deterministic execution mindset; calm and methodical under pressure
Ideal backgrounds: Institutional tokenization and digital asset infrastructure (Securitize, Ondo Finance, Fireblocks, Anchorage, Fnality, Hashnote, Superstate, BitGo, Copper), regulated RWA protocol deployments, digital asset custody program delivery, or senior delivery roles at tokenization-focused divisions of traditional capital markets firms (BlackRock BUIDL, Franklin OnChain, Hamilton Lane, Apollo tokenized credit). Capital markets delivery experience from Broadridge, DTCC, or FIS is valuable as a complement to — but not a substitute for — direct tokenization program delivery.
This is not a role for someone learning the domain. Novarra's programs require a Head of Program Delivery who arrives fluent.
• Base Salary: $125,000+ annually
• Performance Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus tied to successful token program launches delivered by this role, subject to plan terms approved by Novarra's executive committee
• Equity: Founding-stage equity grant with standard vesting
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and standard company benefits. Specific compensation plan details are provided during the final-round process and formalized in the employment agreement.
At Novarra, delivery is a permissioned action. This role exists to prevent unsafe execution — and to turn institutional-grade governance into live, revenue-generating token programs.
Novarra builds systems that mint only when governance, economics, protocol design, delivery, and operations agree. We hire people who understand that discipline creates trust.
