The Role


We are looking for a Head of Product to own the product direction across CT Labs' agent platform and consulting services. This is a senior role for someone who understands both the technical depth of LLM-based systems and the commercial realities of enterprise software.

What You Will Do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for CT Labs' AI agent platform, aligned to client ROI targets and deployment timelines
  • Work directly with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into agent designs that automate high-value workflows
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, AI consulting, and go-to-market teams
  • Build processes for evaluating agent performance, governance compliance, and production reliability
  • Own prioritization of new agent capabilities across finance, IT, HR, operations, and marketing verticals
  • Present product strategy and progress to C-suite stakeholders inside CT Labs and at client organizations



What We Are Looking For


  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in an AI, LLM, or enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience taking products from early concept through production deployment
  • Strong ability to work with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI governance, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards
  • A track record of defining measurable outcomes and holding teams accountable to them



Nice to Have


  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Background in workflow automation or agentic systems
  • Exposure to enterprise procurement and sales cycles
