Position: Head of Operations (COO Track)

Novacrest is a fast-growing investment firm focused on building scalable, income-generating
investment strategies across real estate and alternative assets.
We are entering a critical phase of growth and are looking for a high-level operator to help
architect, stabilize, and scale the operational backbone of the company.
This role is designed for someone who is ready to step into executive leadership and directly
impact the trajectory of the business.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the
company.
You will work directly with the CEO to:
- Build and refine internal systems
- Lead and manage team performance
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently
- Bring clarity, accountability, and structure to a fast-moving environment
This is not a passive management role. We are looking for a builder, problem-solver, and
executor who thrives in growth-stage companies.
Your success will be measured by your ability to bring clarity, accountability, efficiency, and
execution speed across the company.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies, breakdowns, and bottlenecks across the business
- Design and implement scalable systems that improve speed, clarity, and performance
- Proactively surface gaps and take ownership of solving them without waiting for direction
- Continuously optimize workflows to support growth and eliminate friction
Revenue Enablement- Partner with the capital raising team to ensure a clean, consistent pipeline from lead to close
- Eliminate friction in investor onboarding and funding processes
- Improve execution speed across all revenue-related activities
Team Management & Accountability
- Manage and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Run weekly leadership meetings and ensure follow-through
- Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational structure
Execution & Project Leadership
- Drive key company initiatives from concept through execution
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between teams
- Maintain momentum in a high-speed environment without sacrificing quality
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans with defined ownership and timelines
- Execute key growth initiatives, including new launches, process improvements, and strategic
projects
Data & Performance Management
- Build and manage KPI dashboards across sales, operations, and investor activity
- Use real-time data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Create visibility and predictability in business operations
CEO Partnership
- Act as a true operator alongside the CEO
- Translate vision into structured execution
- Remove operational burden from the CEO and protect leadership focus
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Core operational systems are implemented and consistently followed
- Team accountability is clear, measured, and enforced
- Investor onboarding and revenue processes are streamlined and predictable
- Execution speed across the company materially improves
- The CEO is no longer involved in day-to-day operational management
Who You Are
- A high-agency operator who takes ownership without waiting for direction
- Experienced in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
- Highly organized, detailed, decisive, and execution-focused
- Able to manage people while still operating at a high individual level
- Comfortable bringing structure to evolving systems- Naturally identifies inefficiencies and takes initiative to improve systems and processes
Preferred:
- Experience in investment or financial services
- Background in scaling, growth-oriented companies
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (W2)
- 90-Day Performance Review with defined opportunity for increase based on execution
