A client of Spectrum Search has a need:

Description for Head of Operations

Head of Operations/Senior Manager, someone with financial and real estate background

• Handle various insurance related issues
• Oversee Staff Accountant and office staff
• Firm knowledge of properties and entities
• Review bank reconciliations monthly, CAM annually, payroll bimonthly
• Work in coordination with Staff Accountant to timely release ACHs incl. payroll
• Maintain General Ledgers
• Review tax work papers before delivering to tax accountants
• Review tax returns
• Calls with lawyers, tax accountants, bank reps, property broker
• Report to owner
• Assume additional duties as required
