The Head of Key Accounts is a senior commercialleadership roleresponsible for owning Lucky Strike Entertainment's national strategy for high-value corporate and enterprise clients. This individual will both manage and develop the Enterprise Account Executive team and personally lead relationships with the company's most strategic accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, client experience, and revenue growth. You will define how weidentify, win, and grow relationships with premium clients,from Fortune 500 companies to high-profile event agencies,ensuring Lucky Strike Entertainment is the first call for experiential entertainmentata national scale.
WhatYou’llDo
National Key Account Strategy
- Define and execute a national strategy foracquiringand growing high-value enterprise and corporate accounts across Lucky Strike Entertainment's full venue portfolio.
- Establish tiered account segmentation,identifyingwhich prospects and clientsrepresentthe highest long-term value,andalignresources accordingly.
- Own revenue targets for the Key Accounts division, with full accountability for pipeline health, retention, and growth.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations leadership to develop bespoke proposals, packages, and experiences tailored to top-tier clients.
New Business Development
- Lead enterprise-level prospecting efforts, personally engaging C-suiteand VP-level decision-makers at target accounts.
- Build a repeatable pipeline engine for high-end client acquisition,leveragingboth direct outreach and strategic referral networks.
- Represent Lucky Strike Entertainment at industry events, client dinners, and networking forums to drive brand visibility at the senior level.
- Identifyand pursue partnerships with event planning agencies, travel management companies, and corporate hospitality platforms.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the executive point of contact for a portfolio of the company's most strategic national accounts.
- Develop deep, multi-threadedrelationships within key accounts,building connectivity at both operational and executive levels.
- Design and oversee annual account planning processes, ensuring each key account has a tailored growth strategy and engagement roadmap.
- Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) with top clients, presenting performance data, insights, and forward-looking partnership opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Directly manage and develop a national team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
- Set team KPIs, coach individual performance, and build a culture of accountability, ambition, and client excellence.
- Hire and onboard new Enterprise AEs as the business scales, defining the competency framework and ramp program for the function.
- Collaborate with theChief Sales Officerand commercial leadership to align Key Account strategy with broader companyobjectives.
Reporting & Commercial Insight
- Own pipeline forecasting and reporting for the Key Accounts division,presenting tosenior leadershipona regularcadence.
- Leverage CRM data tomonitoraccount health, track engagement, andidentifyexpansion and risk signals across the portfolio.
- Continuously refine the go-to-market approach based on conversion data, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.
WhatYou’llBring
- 10+ years of progressive sales or account management experience, with at least5years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise or key accounts.
- A demonstratedtrack recordof bothhuntingnew business and growing complex, long-cycle client relationships at a national scale.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing salesteams,you know how to recruit, coach, and elevate talent.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills,you are equally comfortable presenting to a CSO and mentoring a junior AE.
- Strategicthinkerwhocan translate market insight into action, while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and close.
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven sales methodologies.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or experiential industries is a strong plus,but a passion for creating memorable client experiences is non-negotiable.
- Comfortable with significant travel (up to 50%) to client meetings, venue visits, and industry events.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 + bonus
