Head of Growth

Our client, a fast-scaling, tech-enabled E&S platform, is seeking a Head of Growth to build and own its distribution engine. This is a hands-on, builder role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue, responsible for getting the platform in front of independent retail agents, regional brokerages, and ultimately top-tier national firms.


You’ll develop and execute the strategy to drive broker adoption, generate consistent submission flow, and convert that into revenue, while partnering closely with producers to enable their success through tools, messaging, and infrastructure.


The ideal candidate has experience selling into retail brokerages, has built and scaled distribution channels (preferably within MGA/E&S environments), and is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.


This role offers a clear path to a Chief Growth Officer or Chief Marketing Officer position with a strong base, bonus, and meaningful equity, and the opportunity to have a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory.


The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in the NYC area.
