Electronics Hardware Test Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute hardware testing and validation across analog and digital systems
- Perform EMC testing and support compliance requirements
- Develop and run test procedures, test applications, and document detailed results
- Investigate production failures and customer returns
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to test plans and product qualification strategies
- Design and support test automation solutions to improve efficiency and coverage
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability
- Analyze test data and maintain testing records using database and reporting tools
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in electronics hardware testing, validation, test automation, or software testing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong foundation in:
- Power electronics and energy systems
- Analog and digital electronics
- Signal processing and system-level understanding
- Product verification and quality principles
- Software testing and automation engineering methodologies
- Experience with debugging and problem-solving in hardware and software test environments
- Familiarity with compliance standards, validation processes, and testing best practices
- Experience working with databases and test data management
