Electronics Hardware Test Engineer

📍 Onsite — Tualatin, OR

We’re hiring an Electronics Hardware Test Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team working on advanced power electronics and industrial systems used across critical infrastructure environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute hardware testing and validation across analog and digital systems
  • Perform EMC testing and support compliance requirements
  • Develop and run test procedures, test applications, and document detailed results
  • Investigate production failures and customer returns
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to test plans and product qualification strategies
  • Design and support test automation solutions to improve efficiency and coverage
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability
  • Analyze test data and maintain testing records using database and reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in electronics hardware testing, validation, test automation, or software testing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in:
  • Power electronics and energy systems
  • Analog and digital electronics
  • Signal processing and system-level understanding
  • Product verification and quality principles
  • Software testing and automation engineering methodologies
  • Experience with debugging and problem-solving in hardware and software test environments
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, validation processes, and testing best practices
  • Experience working with databases and test data management
