Description:

Purpose:

This is a position that provides enhanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.

Key Tasks:

Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
Quick learner able to multi-task with different projects.
Packaging systems and components for domestic and international shipping.
Develop creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff including engineers and other technicians.
Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
Display mechanical aptitude

Supervisor, Engineers, Designers/Technicians

Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associate's Degree or 2-year trade/military school - Preferred
Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems - Required
Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly. Develops creative solutions to challenging problems - Required
