Scope of Position: TheGuest Room Attendantis able to work independently and without direct supervision.TheGuest Room Attendantensures the highest quality guest experience by cleaning and preparing the buildingsof the WinShape Foundation including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other locations on the mountain campus.
Reports to: Team Leader, Housekeeping and Laundry

Responsibilities
- Cleansguest rooms, performsstayovers,turnovers, and checkoutsas assigned within standard guidelines for cleaning
- Cleanspublic areas and officesas assigned within standard guidelines for cleaning
- Reportswork orders via Facilities work order system
- Performsquality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
- Inspectsstorage rooms androomattendant carts for neatness, cleanliness, adequate supplies, and good repair
- Inspectspublic areas and guest rooms and trainsnew housekeepers
- Performsseasonal deep cleaning of facilities as needed
- Performsother duties as assigned by Housekeeping Leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0to 3 yearsprevioushousekeeping experience
- Valid driver’s licenseand an acceptable driving record
- Ability tostand, bend, stretch, climb stairs, and do much walking
- Abilitytolift upto 25 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-discipline and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of computer skills and/or knowledge of a property management system or housekeeping system
- Commitmentto being present atappropriate timesto work - all shifts, all days
- Exhibit the following competencies: dependability, team player, job knowledge, initiative, problem solving
