Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor’s associates’ progress Key Accountabilities / Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk Conduct training for new associates Assist in physical inventories Monitor performance of associates within the work group Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Extensive experience with computer programs such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc. Minimum of 1 year previous experience in warehousing.

Role Purpose:
Physically reconcile/verify raw and finished good inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling/analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory)
Is an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reporting
Assigns work schedules, trains associates and monitor’s associates’ progress
