The Role

Oracle's Customer Success Service (CSS) team is seeking a Global Delivery Intern who will have broad responsibilities and participate to manage the seamless transition of Oracle solutions and services from development to production environments while providing cloud expertise for our valued customers. While working under an experienced mentor, you will further expand your knowledge by working on day-to day cases at Oracle.  

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate to resolve high level, very complex, or previously unknown issues requiring expert technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Work with experienced ASE and the customer to establish plans for integration of new software releases, database backups, and recovery strategies
  • Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify, design, and implement data-driven solutions that optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Research technical and industry related issues in Server Technology
  • Perform root cause analysis of difficult database/applications problems and their solutions
  • Assist to provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle Cloud solutions, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Identify and communicate pertinent Oracle alerts
  • Interface with Oracle development, Support, Consulting and on-site support
  • Analyze trends of product usage by customer
  • Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams, business development during Sales cycles to come up with optimal solutions for customer requirements.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, Business Management, etc.).
  • Project Management or Account Management
  • Basic understanding of Oracle’s latest product technologies, solutions, or services.
  • Knowledge with Cloud technologies such as OCI, Azure, AWS etc.  Cloud certifications highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Database and database methodologies such as Database management, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, SQL analysis etc.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning technologies and Generative AI tools.  
  • Demonstrates good communication and project management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer focused environment.
