About the role
We are seeking a Global Benefits Program Lead to oversee the development and delivery of international benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and Canada. This position partners closely with HR, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning and execution of global benefits programs across multiple regions
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Support and enhance Workday Benefits, including integrations and system updates
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including RFP coordination and implementation activities
- Utilize data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party providers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in global benefits administration and leave management
- Strong knowledge of benefits practices across EMEA and APAC regions
- Experience working with Workday Benefits (configuration, integrations, or support)
- Background in vendor management and RFP processes
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
Estimated hourly range: $65–$70/hr (W-2).
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
