About the Role

In this high-visibility role, you will sit at the intersection of AI hardware innovation and global supply chain strategy. You will be the "CEO of the Account," leveraging the company's expansive technology portfolio—spanning MLCCs, Resistors, Inductors, and Magnetics—to drive our components into the next generation of AI accelerators, custom silicon platforms, and flagship consumer hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute multi-year global strategies for Tier-1 accounts to maximize the company’s "Total Solution" business share across complex hardware ecosystems.
  • Reference Design Seeding: Partner with Semiconductor architects to ensure company's components are on the reference platforms for next-generation programs, ensuring we are "pre-qualified" for their end-customers.
  • Demand Creation & Design-In: Collaborate with customer R&D teams to specify high-performance components (e.g., KEMET high-reliability caps, Pulse magnetics) into AI/ML server architectures.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Master the "Design-In US, Manufacture Global" model. Seamlessly manage the hand-off between US-based engineering and Asia-based ODM/EMS partners to ensure design wins transition to mass production.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Serve as the primary global lead for executive leadership and strategic sourcing. Conduct high-impact QBRs that align the company’s technology roadmap with the customer’s long-term hardware lifecycles.
  • Commercial Excellence: Own the account, including global pricing strategy, multi-year contract negotiations, and precise demand forecasting to ensure supply chain continuity in a volatile market.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in the electronics or semiconductor industry, or 5+ years in Global Account Management.
  • Vertical Expertise: Proven track record of managing "Big Tech" accounts, including major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and/or "Top 3" Global Consumer Electronics OEMs.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the semiconductor design-in process, specifically how passives enable power management, signal integrity, and thermal mitigation in ultra-high-density AI hardware.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate the company’s agility and "One-Stop-Shop" value proposition.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar contracts and influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed global organizations.
  • Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related technical field is highly preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to support customer design centers and global manufacturing sites.
