WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Takeda, we are looking for an Accountant specialized in general accounting, financial reporting for accounting processes and management of working capital, fixed assets, compliance with accounting and statutory standards.
This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and is based in Bogot?, Colombia.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Preparation of local financial statements and corporate report.
Participate in month-end close, year-end close activities.
Preparation and analysis of reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including BS, P&L, Cash Flow, with their respective additional documentation that is required.
Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
Assist to executes SOX controls.
Attention to external and internal audit requirements
Preparation of reports to control entities SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, Secretaria de Hacienda, etc.
Compliance with accounting policies and corporate and local procedures
Analysis, review and recording of journal entries, including deferred and income tax, depreciation/amortization, provisions, revenue recognition, etc.
Support the tax process, including analysis of information, presentation and payment of declarations.
Participate proactively in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring health and safety care, thus achieving compliance with the defined in the Company's policy on this matter.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Education
Certified Public Accountant.
4 years of experience executing and managing processes in the financial area.
Knowledge of local fiscal and tax regulations.
Control and administration of inventories, fixed assets, intercompany accounting.
Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge and handling of the application of, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, JSOX etc.
Advanced use of Excel.
Intermediate level English.

DESAFIOS EN LA POSICI?N
Elaboraci?n de estados financieros locales y reporte corporativo.
Participar en las actividades de cierre de fin de mes, cierre de fin de a?o
Elaboraci?n y an?lisis de informes, reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, incluyendo BS, P&L, Flujo de efectivo, con su respectiva documentaci?n adicional que sea requerida.
Revisar e interpretar los requisitos, normas y reglamentos de informaci?n financiera.
Ayudar a ejecutar controles SOX.
Atenci?n a requerimientos de auditoria externa e interna.
Elaboraci?n de reportes a entidades de control como SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, Secretaria de Hacienda, etc.
Cumplimiento de pol?ticas contables y procedimientos corporativos y locales.
An?lisis, revisi?n y registro de asientos de diario, incluyendo impuesto diferido y de renta, depreciaciones/amortizaciones, provisiones, reconocimiento de ingresos, etc.
Apoyar el proceso de impuestos, incluyendo an?lisis de informaci?n, presentaci?n y pago de las declaraciones .
Participar de forma proactiva en todas las actividades definidas conforme al cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gesti?n de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, procurando el cuidado de la salud y seguridad, logrando as? el cumplimiento de lo de definido en la pol?tica de la Compa??a en esta materia.
A QUIEN BUSCAMOS
Experiencia y educaci?n:
Profesional universitario en Contadur?a P?blica.
Experiencia de 4 a?os ejecutando y gestionando procesos en el ?rea financiera.
Conocimientos en la normatividad fiscal y tributaria local.
Control y administraci?n de inventarios, activos fijos, contabilidad Intercompa??as.
Experiencia previa trabajando en la industria farmac?utica.
Conocimiento y manejo de la aplicaci?n de, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, JSOX etc.
Manejo avanzado de Excel.
Nivel de ingl?s Intermedio.
