Role Description

The Gift Processing Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Quincy, MA, with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will manage the accurate recording and acknowledgment of donations, ensuring timely processing and donor stewardship. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining donor database records, generating reports, and supporting the development team with administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to consistently meeting deadlines while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifications
  • Experience in data entry, database management, and handling donor information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in tools such as donor management systems, CRM platforms, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication for accurate recordkeeping and effective donor correspondence
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in fundraising, non-profit organizations, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or similar field preferred
