Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with various patient types.
• Ability to do General, OBGYN, and Vascular Studies.
• Competent to work on Parks Flo-lab Unit.
• Competent to work with GE E10 and E9 Units.
• Experience with using McKesson PACs.

Required Credentials: If working overnight shift, candidate MUST have OB Cert as well.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free parking lot on campus

Special Requests: May or may not be able to accommodate block scheduling

Shift & Scheduling:

• Thursday 12pm-12am, Friday and Saturday 3rd shift 6pm-630am.
• Holiday Requirements: Would need to work Friday and Saturday night of Labor Day weekend.
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend per contract

Floating Requirements: Will do portables on the floor.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
