  • Handle and assemble small parts with precision, including working with green ceramic sheets and taping them to frames in a repetitive, screen-printing-like process.
  • Conduct basic visual quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet defined quality standards.
  • Perform simple rework or repair on non-conforming products or components by following established procedures.
  • Operate basic assembly equipment, such as simple presses, fixtures, and other production tools, as instructed.

  • Identify and promptly report assembly issues or non-conformances to a higher-level operator or supervisor.
  • Accurately complete basic production documentation, including travelers and other required records.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area to support efficiency and safety.

  • Basic verbal and written communication skills for working with supervisors and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment.
  • Basic organizational skills to manage tasks, materials, and documentation.
  • Comfort working with and around chemicals used in thick film printing and semiconductor/PCB processes.
  • Ability to perform basic visual inspection and some inspection under a microscope.
  • Reliable attendance and dependability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous assembly experience beyond the minimum 1 year is a plus.
  • Experience with general production, assembly, and working from drawing instructions.
  • Exposure to soldering, wiring, PCB board work, or laser welding is beneficial.
  • Experience in semiconductor, thermal chip bonding, or related electronics manufacturing environments is an advantage.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks that require consistency, such as taping green ceramic sheets to frames.
  • Strong detail orientation for quality-focused work.
  • Interest in learning and growing within a high-growth manufacturing organization.
