Job Title: General Production Worker (Assembler)
Job Description

Join a high-volume manufacturing team as a General Production Worker (Assembler), building precision-engineered aftermarket air suspension components in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you assemble parts by following clear visual work instructions, use basic hand and power tools, and help ensure each product meets strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude who want hands-on experience and long-term growth in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble air suspension components and related parts according to work orders, diagrams, and visual instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment as required to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately.
  • Inspect parts for quality, proper alignment, seals, and finish to ensure products meet high durability and performance standards.
  • Work from simplified, visual work instructions similar to step-by-step IKEA-style diagrams and follow them precisely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • Stand for 10 or more hours per shift while performing repetitive assembly and production tasks.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and promptly notify leads of defects, irregularities, or issues with parts, tools, or equipment.
  • Support workflow by maintaining production pace and contributing to team output goals.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures within the manufacturing environment.
  • Apply labels and stickers to parts and components as required and load completed products into boxes for shipment or further processing.
  • Disassemble used products and rebuild them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools in the remanufacturing area as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in assembly, mechanical work, automotive tasks, or similar hands-on roles.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to read and follow basic visual work orders and illustrated step-by-step diagrams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tools, machinery, and repetitive processes.
  • Ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift while maintaining focus and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized instructions consistently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed to meet production goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
  • Comfort interpreting visual instructions similar to IKEA-style assembly diagrams.
  • Interest in learning multiple areas of production, including paint, crimping, quality control, or machine operation.
  • Openness to working interviews, with a one-day working interview process and potential to start the following day.
  • Availability to attend working interviews on Tuesday or Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with next-day start options.
Why Work Here?

You will join a growing manufacturing operation that offers long-term opportunities for pay growth and advancement into leadership and specialized production roles. The environment values mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, and reliability, giving motivated individuals a clear path to develop new skills and move into areas such as paint, crimping, quality control, or machine operation. With a structured working interview process and quick start timeline, you can transition rapidly into a stable role where your contributions to high-quality products are recognized and rewarded.

Work Environment

This role is based in a non–climate-controlled warehouse environment operating Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional additional work available on Friday. Assemblers work primarily in two buildings. In Building B, a newer manufacturing warehouse, you work at standing workstations assembling products with tools, applying stickers, and loading finished items into boxes. In Building C, a remanufacturing warehouse, you disassemble used products and rebuild them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with opportunities to grow into the paint department, crimper department, quality control, or machine operator roles. The work is hands-on, repetitive, and fast-paced, requiring extended periods of standing and consistent adherence to safety and production procedures; attire should be suitable for an active warehouse and manufacturing setting.
