Day Shift | Clean, Temperature‑Controlled Facility

We’re hiring a General Production Worker to support assembly and warehouse operations in a clean, well‑organized manufacturing environment. This role offers cross‑training across multiple departments and the chance to build valuable production and manufacturing skills.

• Perform a variety of assembly and warehouse tasks
• Operate equipment including:
  • Saws
  • Crimpers
  • Assembly lathes
  • Pressure testers
  • Flush booths
  • Air‑powered tools
• Assist with hose fabrication, crimping, and kitting of parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment to customers
• Perform cycle counting and physical inventory
• Record assembly and production data accurately on paperwork
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Read and interpret basic product prints and instructions
• Rotate through areas such as the solvent flush room, ID center, and hose cutting
• Participate in cross‑training throughout production and warehouse areas
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in labor, manufacturing, or a similar hands‑on role
• Ability to consistently lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic comfort using hand tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with:
  • Kitting
  • Hose fabrication
  • Forklift operation
• Basic computer skills

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Optional earlier start as early as 5:00 AM
• Hands‑on, active role supporting assembly and warehouse operations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of HIAWATHA, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.
