Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to join our team. In this role, employees will be responsible for loading and unloading ice packs from a machine. This position requires standing for 10 hours during shifts from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, or from 3:30pm to 2:00am for the second shift. Flexibility to work on Fridays as needed is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ice packs off the machine.
• Place ice packs individually on racks, in boxes, or on pallets.
• Ensure the production area is organized and clean.
• Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation.

• Assembly experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• General production skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate controlled warehouse, requiring employees to adapt to varying temperatures. The position involves standing for extended periods and requires wearing appropriate safety gear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elizabethtown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
