Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to lead our Washington DC location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, high-impact hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume environments, builds strong teams, and drives operational and financial performance.

What We Offer
• Competitive Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + Bonus
• $200 Monthly Dining Credit across all Centurion Restaurant Group concepts
• 19 PTO Days per Year (3 weeks + 4 days) + 5 Paid Sick Days upon hire

What You'll Do
• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on execution and guest experience
• Drive financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
• Maintain strong floor presence and guest engagement
• Build a positive, high-performance team culture
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and operational goals
• Monitor service standards, food quality, and operational execution
• Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
What We're Looking For
• General Manager / Managing Partner experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Experience building and developing strong teams
• Ability to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
