Role Description

We are seeking a full-time General Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Suntrup Ford Westport location in St. Louis, MO. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring staff, overseeing daily business operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. This on-site role requires close collaboration with all departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate staff for success.
• Strong strategic planning and operational management experience to drive business goals.
• Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Experience with automotive industry operations and dealership processes is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with business software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite or industry-specific tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
