General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM in a upscale polished restaurant
• Experience working in Michelin-rated or comparable high-caliber restaurants
• Proven ability to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, food cost, and scheduling
• Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and consistent service standards
• Experienced in hiring, training, and managing high-performing restaurant teams
• Highly organized and accountable, with a passion for operational excellence
