About Us

We are a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company based in Phoenix, Arizona, currently scaling from $5M to $8M+ in annual revenue and looking to be at 15 Million in 2-3 years. Our Residential Division is gaining serious momentum, and we are looking for the right person to help us take it to the next level.

This is not a “plug-and-play” role-we’re looking for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow with us. We are looking for a proven leader who can spearhead operations, drive performance, develop people, and create systems that allow us to scale year over year all while maintaining a strong family-oriented culture


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and manage daily operations across service, install, and support teams
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong profit margins
  • Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team (techs, advisors, dispatch, office staff)
  • Implement systems, KPIs, and accountability across all departments
  • Improve operational efficiency, scheduling, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to increase close rates and average ticket
  • Establish and reinforce a strong, positive, team-first culture
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
  • Continuously improve processes to support scaling from current revenue to next level

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
  • Strong background in operations management and team leadership
  • Experience driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • High-level sales understanding (KPIs, conversion rates, ticket averages, performance coaching)
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills — ability to develop people, not just manage them
  • Process-driven with the ability to build structure in a growing company
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communicator with leadership presence and accountability
