💰 Compensation: OTE $250K–$300K+
About the Opportunity
Valcourt Building Services is seeking a high-impact Regional General Manager to lead operations across a $50M+ Southeast Florida region, spanning Miami through West Palm Beach.
This is a business leadership role with full responsibility for P&L performance, operational execution, team leadership, and regional growth. You will play a key role in scaling the business, driving profitability, and strengthening client relationships across one of the company’s most important markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead overall branch and regional operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, execution, and customer satisfaction
- Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Drive project execution excellence—on time, on budget, and with high quality
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in general management, operations, or regional roles within construction, restoration, or related industries
- Experience managing multi-branch or regional operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership ($20M+ preferred)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
