B. Desired Experience:
a. Defense Industry, with a preference for being involved with wheeled vehicles
b. Firsthand, functional knowledge of all departments in a small business
c. Defining KPIs, measuring, and improving eNiciencies and quality
d. Reviewing overhead costs and negotiating/cutting costs with overhead vendors
e. P&L responsibility with a fabrication company producing large weldments and complex assemblies
f. Meeting with financial institutions to discuss banking needs for a small business
g. Understanding the manufacturing processes of laser cutting, forming, machining, welding, painting, and assembly

a. 15+ years of experience running a manufacturing/job shop type business
b. Proven experience in collaborating with banks to secure financing and cultivate long-term relationships.
c. Proven experience in securing multi-million-dollar contracts and executing them to completion.
d. Experience managing a company with large BOMS and short production runs
e. Experience working in the defense industry
f. Hands-on experience in constructing intricate assemblies utilizing BOMs exceeding 1,000 lines.
g. Proficient in mechanical operations and capable of operating manufacturing equipment and performing maintenance on automobiles.
