The General Manager will lead all aspects of dealership operations, with a strong focus on building and developing a high-performing team and driving a successful business turnaround. This role oversees daily operations, sales performance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced automotive environment. The position requires a hands-on leader who exercises sound judgment, thinks critically, and takes full ownership of results while fostering a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time, onsite role based at a fast-growing commercial work truck dealership operating five days per week. The General Manager works under the same roof as several related businesses, including a debt-buying operation and a long-established subprime auto finance company, creating a highly entrepreneurial and integrated automotive and finance ecosystem. The environment is fast-paced, growth-oriented, and customer-focused, with significant autonomy and accountability in a leadership capacity. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operational teams in a professional dealership setting, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage operations and reporting. The culture emphasizes ownership of results, continuous improvement, and helping customers secure reliable vehicles and financing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
