Our client is seeking a restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-revenue operation in Atlanta.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a dynamic environment that includes restaurant, bar, retail, and live entertainment. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environments and has a track record of driving both revenue and profitability.
This is not a hotel-based role. Candidates must have current or recent experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Current or recent General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Experience managing $8M+ in annual revenue
- Proven P&L ownership within a restaurant environment
- Experience leading large hourly teams (50–150+ employees)
- Strong background in labor management, cost control, and financial performance
- Experience in fast-paced, high-energy dining environments
- Stable career progression (tenure is critical)
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in polished casual or upscale high-volume concepts
- Background in both high-volume operations and quality-driven food programs (scratch preferred)
- Experience with bar, beverage, and event-driven revenue streams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage both team and guests
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving revenue and performance
- Ability to manage complex operations while maintaining consistency and standards
