What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional client service skills and executive presence
  • Motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers and frontline staff
  • Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Develop strong client relations and ensure that campus dining program goals align with client needs
  • Work both horizontally and vertically within both organizations
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted advisor with a customer service focus
  • Work with clients and regional leadership in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account growth & success
  • Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • Have the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage the workload accordingly
  • Create a positive work environment

What You Bring

  • A work history in food management demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience leading Managers in multiple areas within a campus dining food service operation
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L experience
  • Proven success in driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through effective leadership skills
  • Knowledge of client contracts and the ability to ensure compliance
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, demonstrated professional communication skills, and a passion for high levels of customer service
