General Maintenance Worker

Our client, an industry leader in maintenance and facility services, is seeking a dedicated and versatile General Maintenance Worker to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a vital part of the maintenance department, you will support various tasks that keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform general maintenance tasks inside the mill, including painting lines and drywall repairs
• Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and building systems
• Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
• Assist with flooring repairs and painting projects
• Respond to emergency situations and support necessary tasks to ensure safety and operational continuity

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to support a variety of maintenance and repair activities
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear
• Previous experience in general maintenance or related fields is a plus but not required
