General Laborer

Precast Concrete Laborer – Immediate Hiring

Aerotek is hiring motivated Precast Concrete Laborers to support all phases of precast concrete production. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with strong pay, consistent overtime, and real room for growth.

Duties

• Assist with all phases of precast concrete production
• Build and strip concrete forms
• Tie rebar and position embeds
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe work area
• Receive on‑the‑job training (provided for candidates with less experience)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of labor or concrete experience required
• Precast or construction experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Details

• Day shift available with consistent overtime opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
