Role Summary

As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you’ll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work—from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis.

RHI Magnesita is seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Moulton, Alabama. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including operating heavy equipment, performing general labor, and supporting production operations.

Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks.
Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues.
Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with grinders, air tools, and general shop equipment.
• Forklift experience (sit-down automatic) is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
