Why Work Here?
The company offers a supportive culture that values hard work and reliability, and genuinely cares about its employees. You benefit from a team-oriented environment, consistent work for strong performers, and the chance to share directly in the company’s success.
Work Environment
You work primarily outdoors in agricultural settings, covering and securing hay stacks in all types of weather, from rain and cold to hot, dry, and dusty conditions. After completing tarping at one site, you ride in a vehicle with the crew to the next location and repeat the process multiple times per day. Long hours and frequent overtime are common, especially during harvest season, and the schedule is driven by weather and customer needs, with early mornings, extended days, and some weekends required.
