Work Environment
Work takes place inside buildings where flooring is being installed or repaired. You will typically work in small crews of 2–4 people, collaborating closely to complete each project. The culture reflects a family-owned, small-company atmosphere with a focus on teamwork and mutual support. Standard hours run from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., starting and ending the day at the shop. Construction work pants and steel-toe boots are required as part of the dress code. All necessary tools are provided, along with personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, to support safe and efficient work on site.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Johnson Creek, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
