General Laborer

Location:Fort Collins, CO

Role Summary

Join a growing construction services team as a Construction Laborer. In this hands-on role, you’ll support field crews with site setup, material handling, and operation of equipment used in large-scale construction projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, value steady hours, and want to build a long-term career in construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and breakdown, including staging materials and equipment
• Install, move, and maintain temporary piping, hoses, and site infrastructure
• Work as part of a crew to safely rig up and rig down construction sites
• Transport materials and equipment across job sites and maintain work areas
• Monitor equipment and site conditions using mobile devices or tablets
• Drive company vehicles to inspect work areas and deliver materials
• Set up, operate, and monitor pumps and other construction-related equipment
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with job site rules

Shift Details

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Day shifts available

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Weekend availability required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
