Laborer – Precast Concrete Manufacturing start ASAP

📍 Cannon Falls, MN

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team in Cannon Falls, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to be part of a supportive team environment. You will assist in the safe and efficient production of precast concrete products while maintaining high quality standards.

• Strip, clean, and finish concrete forms and products
• Prepare and set steel molds for concrete pouring
• Perform basic carpentry tasks related to molds and forms
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Experience in construction, concrete, or manufacturing environments
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Basic carpentry skills
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement concepts
• Ability to read and follow simple written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the workday

• Manufacturing or construction experience
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Work performed both indoors and outdoors
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
• Team-oriented manufacturing setting with a strong focus on safety and quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
